Alexander C Cutler - Bachelor of Science
Honours in Naval Architecture, Master of Business Administration (Wharton - U. of Pennsylvania),
Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Cutler is the Co-Manager and a Director of Orbis.
Prior to joining Orbis, Mr. Cutler had 10 years
experience at Brandywine Asset Management, Ltd, as an analyst, portfolio
manager and managing director. He managed the Relative Value product,
co-managed the Large Cap Value area, and co-managed the firm as a member of the
firm's Executive Committee.

James J Dorr - Bachelor of Science Honours,
Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws (Cantab.), Barrister and Solicitor.
Mr. Dorr joined Orbis Investment Management Limited in 1998 and is the General
Counsel and Secretary of the Orbis funds and Orbis Investment Management
Limited. Prior to 1998, he practised corporate securities law for nine years as
a partner in the law firm Davies, Ward & Beck in Toronto, Canada.

Allan W B Gray - Bachelor of Commerce, Master of
Business Administration (Harvard), Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered
Accountant (SA), Doctor of Laws (honoris causa).
Mr. Gray was appointed Chairman and a Director of the Orbis funds on their
inception and is the Chairman and a Director of Orbis Investment Advisory
Limited and Orbis Investment Management Limited. He spent four years with
Deloitte and Touche, eight years with Fidelity Management and Research Company,
and 14 years as sole proprietor and then executive partner of Allan Gray
Limited. |

Business Administration (Harvard), Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Gray is the President and a Director of the Orbis funds and Orbis
Investment Management Limited. He is Portfolio Manager of the Orbis Funds.
Prior to joining Orbis Investment Management Limited in 1993, he had been an
analyst with Orbis Investment Advisory Limited and with the Orbis predecessor
company in Hong Kong. |

Adam R Karr - Bachelor of Arts in Economics,
Master of Business Administration (Harvard)
Mr. Karr is Managing Director of Orbis Investment Management (U.S.), LLC
and Director of Orbis Investment Management
Limited, which he joined in 2002. Prior to Orbis, he was a partner at Palladium
Equity Partners, a private equity firm located in New York. From 1993 to
1995, he was a financial analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette
Securities Corp. in New York.
