In order to receive Orbis Online Services, you must provide the required information on the registration form. During registration you are required to give your contact information (e-mail address and name). Orbis will store this contact information in order to send you the services you have requested, provide you with details of new services when these become available, and otherwise for the normal use and improvement of Orbis Online Services, unless you have specifically requested us not to do so. Orbis will not send you any unsolicited information except as mentioned above (e.g. to send you details of new and updated services). You may receive the full range of services even if you do not provide the optional data requested on the registration form; however, we would appreciate it if you could provide this as it will help us to provide more effective services.

Orbis may use the personal information you provide us in order to aggregate user profiles and for the purposes of developing further Orbis services.
Cancellation of Online Services
At any time, you may cancel your subscription to Orbis Online Services. If you do so, you will not receive any further subscriber services, unless you choose to re-register with Orbis Online Services.

IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information.
